Both the renter and owner must complete and confirm the return verification. This ensures transparency and mutual agreement on the item's condition.
Verification Guidelines
- Complete steps in order from top to bottom
- Use your camera only (no gallery uploads)
- Match the angles from initial verification
- Timestamps will be automatically applied

Camera Access Required
For authenticity and timestamp accuracy, you must capture photos and videos in real-time. Gallery uploads are not permitted for return verification.
Automatic Timestamp
Every photo and video will include a non-editable watermark with:
- Date and exact time of capture
- Item ID and Rental ID
- Return verification label
Important: Document Any Issues
If there is any damage, wear, or changes to the item, make sure to capture clear photos of these areas. This protects both parties in case of disputes.
Return Verification Tips
- Compare with initial verification photos for consistency
- Use the same lighting and angles if possible
- Capture any scratches, dents, or wear clearly
- Test all functions before recording the video
